I mainly work on our service desk taking calls from clients and dealing with requests and tickets that come through. I am also responsible for reporting on our service desk metrics and keeping our support processes organised properly so that we can provide the best service possible.
Having started with some self-taught programming I then started an apprenticeship with Osiris in early 2018. I enjoy being able to help so many different people and learning all the different technologies we use.
Unsurprisingly I can often be found at my own computer playing competitive games with online and offline friends. More surprising places I’m found are looking after my garden and attending Japanese metal concerts.
