We offer our support services at a fixed monthly fee, acting as an extension of our customers own teams. Often different IT systems can become segregated and your end-users don’t know who to call for what issue, whether it be an email issue, a telephone issue or even a printer issue. Our solution to this problem is to provide a complete solution, with one number to call for all your IT needs.

Our service desk is manned by engineers, not operators and our team is on call 24/7/365 to ensure your IT remains operational. If we are unable to provide support remotely we will then pass the call on to be dealt with onsite.
Our Service desk focuses on trying to ensure that your IT systems remain constantly operational, available and secure. One of the tools at our disposal to ensure this is our 24/7 proactive monitoring system. This monitors network points, bandwidth, disk space and other statistics to provide alerts based on thresholds, trends and other metrics.
