What we install.

Door access and cameras from the team that already runs your IT.

Paxton Net2 door access

Fobs and cards for each door, managed in Net2 from one place, so you change who gets in without changing locks.

Axis cameras

Axis cameras inside and out, on supported firmware until Axis's end-of-support date for each model, which we tell you before you buy.

Site survey

We walk each door and camera position, and check the network they'll sit on, before we quote.

Looked after

We update doors, users and cameras as your team and building change, and fix faults through our service desk.

Building systems, secured like the rest of your IT.

Door controllers and cameras are computers on your network. An unpatched camera is a way in, so we treat them like every other device.

On their own network

Controllers and cameras sit on a separate network, walled off from your staff, files and guests.

Firmware kept current

We keep controllers and cameras on supported firmware and update them on a schedule we agree with you.

No default passwords

Every device gets its own admin password before it goes live, stored with the rest of your IT records.

Supplier access controlled

Anyone who connects in to maintain the system does it through access we set up and can switch off.

Recorded

We keep a record of every controller and camera, its firmware and who can reach it.

Ready for Cyber Essentials

We set devices up to pass, or, where your certification body agrees, keep them on their own network outside your scope.

CCTV and the law.

CCTV that records people falls under UK GDPR. You decide what's recorded, how long it's kept and how you answer requests for footage.

We set up retention and access to match those decisions.

  3. Install

Our Paxton-approved installation partner fits the hardware, and we set up the network, software and security.

  4. Look after

We keep users, firmware and cameras up to date through our service desk.

Door access and CCTV questions.

Which systems do you install?

Paxton Net2 for door access and Axis for cameras.

Are you a Paxton installer?

Yes. Our installation partner is Paxton-approved and fits the hardware, and we set up Net2, the network and the security around it.

Who fits the hardware?

Our Paxton-approved installation partner fits doors, readers and cameras. We set up the network, software and security around them.

Is our CCTV covered by GDPR?

Yes, if it records people. The ICO publishes guidance on what you need to do, and we set retention and access to match your decisions.

Does door entry use a phone line?

Some intercoms do. Traditional phone lines go digital on 31 January 2027, so we check yours on survey.

Do you install outside Norfolk?

Yes. We install door access and CCTV anywhere in the UK.
