Privacy notice
How Osiris IT collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data, aligned to the UK GDPR.
Who we are
Osiris IT Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected via this website and direct enquiries. Our registered office is in Norwich, United Kingdom.
If you contact us by booking a call, by email, or by phone, we process the personal data you provide in order to respond and to manage any subsequent engagement.
What we collect
From call bookings: your name, email address, and anything you add to the booking notes. Scheduling is handled on our behalf by Calendly LLC, who act as a data processor; their own privacy notice at calendly.com/privacy explains how they handle booking data.
From client engagements: contact details for the people we work with on your behalf, plus any data shared with us in the course of delivering the service.
From standard web hosting logs: IP address and request metadata, retained for a short period for security and abuse prevention.
What we do with it
Respond to your enquiry and route it to the appropriate consultant. Maintain a record of the engagement so we can serve you well over time. Comply with our legal and contractual obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use this information for advertising or third-party marketing.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site: which pages and links get used, and anonymised session replays, so we can improve it. Clarity is provided by Microsoft, who act as a data processor; their privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com explains how they handle this data.
These analytics cookies are not set until you accept them on the cookie banner, and no data is sent to Microsoft before then. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. We do not use cookies for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records: 24 months unless you ask us to delete sooner. Engagement records: for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by our retention obligations after it ends.
Server logs are retained for a short technical window (typically 30-90 days).
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, to ask us to delete it (subject to our retention obligations), to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
Contact us at the email address below to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
