Microsoft 365, set up around how you work.
The tenant work that keeps Microsoft 365 secure and useful, from the first design to the training that helps it stick.
Tenant strategy and design
Tenant configuration and identity, with Teams and SharePoint structured around how your organisation works.
Security baseline
Conditional access, MFA, mailbox auditing and anti-phishing, configured to one baseline across your tenant.
Cyber security servicesTeams and SharePoint
Information architecture and governance, so Teams and SharePoint stay organised as you grow and people can find what they need.
Copilot groundwork
The permissions and sensitivity labels Copilot relies on, sorted in your tenant before anyone switches it on.
Adoption and training
Champion networks and practical training, so your people use the tools you're paying for.
Backup and recovery
Microsoft's shared responsibility model leaves backup to you. We design and run third-party backup for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
Everyday Microsoft 365 support.
Our UK-based service desk handles the day-to-day admin: new starters and leavers, shared mailboxes, Teams and SharePoint permissions, and licence changes.
We work remotely by default. When a problem needs hands on a device, an engineer comes on site from our Norwich office.
Moving to Microsoft 365.
We move organisations from Google Workspace or on-premise Exchange, and tidy up fragmented Microsoft 365 estates that have grown without a plan.
Every move gets a migration plan, staff communications, change support and a clean cutover. Your people know what’s changing and when.
Microsoft 365 licensing.
We’ll give you an honest read on which licence each person needs. We downgrade where it makes sense and upgrade where it earns its place.
Charities and schools license differently. Charities can use Microsoft’s nonprofit grant and discounts, and schools and academy trusts can use Microsoft’s education plans.
Microsoft changed its nonprofit offer in July 2025. We checked the charity answer in the questions below against Microsoft’s nonprofit updates (opens in a new tab) in September 2026.
Before you buy Microsoft 365 Copilot licences for everyone, test them with a small group in a Copilot pilot.
Azure and cloud migration.
When servers or line-of-business apps need to move off your premises, we plan the move to Azure with you. The plan covers migration design, cost modelling, risk planning and the change management that makes the move stick.
Once you’re in the cloud, we look after Azure day to day, with cost management that keeps invoices predictable. We work across AWS as well, so a mixed estate is fine.

Microsoft 365 Copilot

A default Microsoft 365 tenant is configured for nobody in particular.
Teams sprawls, and SharePoint fills up with sites nobody owns. We take the licence you already pay for and set it up around how your organisation works, with a security baseline that holds up under scrutiny.
Questions about Microsoft 365 support.
Which Microsoft 365 licence does our organisation need?
For organisations under 300 people it's usually a Business plan: Business Standard gives staff the desktop apps, and Business Premium adds Defender for Business and Intune device management. Business Basic covers people who only need email and the web apps, and we'll size the mix person by person.
Can charities get Microsoft 365 free or at a discount?
Yes, once Microsoft confirms you're eligible: it grants up to 300 free Microsoft 365 Business Basic licences and discounts Business Standard and Business Premium by up to 75%. The free Business Premium and Office 365 E1 grants stopped renewing from 1 July 2025 (checked against Microsoft's nonprofit updates in September 2026).
Can you move us from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We move your mail and files across and set up Teams and SharePoint around how your organisation works, with communications and change support for your staff either side of cutover.
Can you secure the Microsoft 365 tenant we already have?
Yes. We review your tenant against a baseline covering MFA, conditional access, mailbox auditing and anti-phishing, then close the gaps, starting with the riskiest.
Does Microsoft back up our email and files?
Not in a way you control. Microsoft keeps the service running and holds deleted items for a limited time, but its shared responsibility model leaves protecting your data to you, which is why we set up third-party backup for Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.
Can you look after Azure as well as Microsoft 365?
Yes. We plan migrations to Azure and look after it day to day afterwards, with cost management that keeps invoices predictable.
